Cancellation Policy
• All appointments require a non-refundable, non-transferable deposit.
• Remaining balances must be paid before or at the time of service.
• Chargebacks will be disputed with full documentation and may result in collections or legal action.
24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice = 50% charge.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows = 100% charge.
• Fees are automatically charged to the card on file.
Home Visits
Client must provide a safe, clean, accurate location.
• If the client is not present, delays more than 10 minutes, or conditions are unsuitable, the appointment is canceled and charged as a no-show (100%).
• Travel fees apply and are non-negotiable.
